The Testability Management Action Group (TMAG) is a grass roots organization of test professionals who are trying to support the widespread adoption of Design for Testability and Design for Test (DFT) by finding ways of encouraging the support and involvement of management at all levels.

As part of this effort, we are building a list of available DFT tools for ICs, boards, modules, and up to systems. We are interpreting DFT broadly for this effort, including both scan insertion tools and system level diagnostic tools.

The results of this survey will be used to demonstrate the wide range of available tools, to help convince management that agreeing to use DFT does not mean starting from scratch. The survey will also be made available to TMAG members.
